Here are some of the most commonly asked questions I’ve received regarding Pilates sessions and current offerings.

WHAT SERVICES ARE YOU CURRENTLY OFFERING?

I am currently offering in-person Private, Duet, and Group Pilates Classes. 

In-home virtual and in-person sessions are available upon request!

WHICH IS THE BEST FORMAT FOR ME?

Completely up to you!

If you are new to your Pilates journey, I recommend trying private 1-on-1 sessions to establish fundamentals.

Once we've evaluated your level and goals together, we can discuss your best options moving forward!

 

You may opt to have sessions at home for convenience/safety concerns -- That's okay too!

CAN I DROP INTO ANY GROUP CLASS? ARE THERE DIFFERENT LEVELS?

All Group classes are tailored to the specific group each week! Since every class has a capacity of only 6, there are a variety of levels, and modifications are always offered.

If you're early in your Pilates Journey, I recommend taking a few private sessions to fortify the fundamentals and be sure you enjoy any avenue you pursue!

I HAVE NEVER DONE PILATES, WHERE DO I START?

The fact that you have gotten this far is enough! The amazing thing about Pilates is that it's great for any and every fitness level.

Every exercise has an abundance of variations, to make it easier or harder, and with the apparatus, we can always adjust to whichever setting works best for you!

The best place to start is with a private session; let's learn more about each other! From there we can evaluate where you are, tailor a plan that works best for you and your schedule, and continue to make progress.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO DO PILATES AT HOME?

Yourself and a Mat - That's all!

When working out at home all you really need to get started is yourself and a basic knowledge of the fundamentals!
